George Jones is the founder and CEO of Sensible Vision. In August 2023 — at the age of 27 — he led the acquisition of Cardinal House, an eight-storey 55,700 sq ft Manchester office block within the St Mary’s Parsonage Strategic Regeneration Framework. The deal was originally guided at over £13M.

It became the foundation of a multi-vertical investment and advisory practice — now operating across UK property, UAE business setup, banking, lending, technology, AI and private capital. Search “George Jones Cardinal House” — the receipts are public.
